Personal Account Executive
Each provider office receives a Personal Account Executive who will be available to handle all of the billing needs of your practice. This person will be the primary contact for your office. Each Personal Account Executive also has assistant staff members to ensure a team approach when handling your reimbursement needs. We also maintain a "personal" touch with regards to communications with your practice.

Service performed by the Account Executive and staff members include the following:
  • Generating and preparing accurately coded claims (your PAE is also a Certified Medical Coder) for electronic submission.
  • Persistent Claim follow-up on all unpaid or under paid claims
  • Patient Statements on a monthly basis
  • Fee Structure Analysis
  • Prompt Posting of all patient and insurance payments
  • Soft collections for unpaid patient balances
  • Referral to a Licensed Collection Agency if necessary
  • Any questions answered personally by your PAE in a timely fashion
